IoT Plant Buddy - an innovative system for automatic watering of plants consisting of a hardware device, cloud infrastructure and mobile applications. The device uses solar power or a network connection and a pump to draw water from a tank, which allows it to be used on balconies and terraces without a water supply. Users can remotely control watering, monitor the device's status and receive notifications via Android and iOS applications. The system will be designed to take care of plants during the owner's absence, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability. The project is currently in the prototype and cloud infrastructure development phase.
